Kevin is an esteemed member of The Physician’s Alliance Corporation, serving as the Chief Financial Officer. With 22 years of experience in the healthcare industry, he brings invaluable expertise and leadership to our organization. Kevin is dedicated to driving excellence in patient care, fostering collaborative partnerships, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality healthcare services.  

Kevin is an entrepreneur with a previous career as an investment banker.  His background is building banking practices at firms including Morgan Stanley and Bank of America, executing billions in M&A transactions and raising capital for everything from startups to the world’s largest hospital company. Kevin moved over to the C-suite of healthcare businesses.  As CEO and CFO of a healthcare IT start-up, he turned around that company, created a new business model and set it on the path for rapid growth.  More recently, he was CFO of Vytalize Health, one of the fastest growing companies in 2023 and one of the largest Value Based Care businesses in the US.  He works closely with our team of physicians, management, and staff to develop and implement strategic initiatives that enhance the overall patient experience and optimize operational efficiency.  

Kevin holds an MBA from M.I.T., from Columbia Business School.  He has a proven track record of success in [relevant accomplishments or notable achievements].
