John Woods is a seasoned professional in the healthcare industry, serving as the Chief Executive Officer of TPAC. In 2004, John played a pivotal role in the creation of The Physician’s Alliance Corporation (TPAC), and it has made significant strides in the healthcare industry market. Throughout his career, John has been involved in various ventures and has left an indelible mark on the industry.

John monitors the TP-ACO, a prominent physician-led Accountable Care Organization (ACO) that collaborates closely with Medicare to enhance medical care. With a career spanning over 40 years, John has established himself as a respected figure in the field.

One notable accomplishment in John’s career includes his role as the Founder of Alliance Healthcare, a position he has held since 1991. Under his leadership, Alliance Healthcare has successfully contracted with multiple businesses, hospitals, medical office buildings, clinics, and HMOs in Oklahoma, Kentucky, and Missouri. In 1991 he assembled 32 Medicare Advantage plans across 20 different states in the past 21 years. Notably, John co-created a highly successful Medicare Advantage Plan called CHN in Louisiana, Georgia, Tennessee, Arkansas, Florida, and another plan in Alabama.

John made significant contributions along the way to the health industry: Hospital Administrator (1976), Hospital CFO (1978-83), CFO of Pharmacy Corporation of America (1983-85), CFO/Regional President for Pacifcare of Oklahoma (1985-91), and President Consulting (1991-2025). He was active in Cigna markets in Florida, Arizona, Colorado, Kansas, Oklahoma, Hawaii, Tennessee, Mississippi, Arkansas, Texas, North Carolina, Georgia, Louisiana, and Alabama.
