The Physicians’ Alliance Corporation (TPAC): is a for-profit “C” Corporation that was established in Baton Rouge in 2004.

Over the past 40 years, we have created and managed IPAs and physician networks in  GCA, GA, DE, PA, NJ, MS, MD, AR, FL, IL, LA, NC, TN, and TX.  TPA owns two ACOs (TP-ACO and PHN-ACO) that have earned significant Shared Savings over the past 12 years.
