As Physician Consultant], Dr. Batie is responsible for physician leadership and providing optimal geriatric quality care. He works closely with our team of physicians, management, and staff to develop and implement strategic initiatives that enhance the overall patient experience and optimize operational efficiency.

Dr. Batieis board certified/eligible in Family Medicine and Geriatrics. He has a proven track record of success in leading Louisiana IPA for 15 years. He has been recognized as Louisiana Family Physician of the year. Outside of his professional commitments, Dr. Batie actively contributes to the healthcare community. Dr. Batie is a member of numerous medical associations, including the American Academy of Family Physicians. Dr. Batie is the Chairman of the AAFP Commission on Quality and Practice. He has served as President of University of Florida College of Medicine Alumni Association and the Louisiana Academy of Family Physicians.
