Jay Simmons serves as Vice President of Physician Services at The Physician’s Alliance Corporation, where he brings more than 20 years of executive leadership experience in healthcare operations, technology, physician relations, and organizational growth. Known for his team-centered and mission-focused leadership style, Jay works to strengthen provider relationships, improve operational efficiency, and support the continued growth of TPAC’s ACO, IPA, and physician services initiatives. His background includes healthcare technology leadership, practice and program management, mergers and acquisitions, workflow development, EHR implementation, and provider communication.

Before joining TPAC in 2022, Jay served as Director of Healthcare for Provisions Group, where he led a national team, supported organic growth, oversaw technical processes, and guided the deployment of multiple EHR and practice management systems. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Mass Communications from Freed-Hardeman University and his Master of Science in Information Systems Management from American Sentinel College. Outside of his work in healthcare, Jay is an active licensed private pilot and a dedicated humanitarian, serving as Executive Director and Board Member of an organization supporting children in Lanzac, Haiti, and traveling with The Raining Season to Sierra Leone to help build stronger foundations for children and families.
