Dr. Alejandro de Orunda is an accomplished physician executive and strategic healthcare leader with nearly 20 years of experience advancing population health, value-based care, physician alignment, and organizational growth. His leadership experience spans physician contracting, value-based payment models, quality and utilization management, performance optimization, and multi-market network development.

During his nine-year tenure with AdventHealth, Dr. de Orunda held executive leadership roles across the Medical Group, Population Health Services Organization, and the Central and West Florida Physician Networks. He played a key role in expanding the AdventHealth Physician Network from approximately 2,200 physicians to more than 5,000, representing over 550,000 patients across multiple value-based contracts.
